Meet Chris Minias! 

Chris Minias

Chris Minias, founder of Minias Law Firm, is a native of New Orleans. His practice areas include car accidents, personal injury, social security disability, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, and business optimization. Chris’s extensive experience enables him to diligently handle cases involving car accidents, collisions, slip and falls, breaches of contract, medical negligence, discrimination, and disability claims.

A passionate advocate for the people of New Orleans, Chris considers his clients family. As a personal business advisor and an official New Orleans Arabic speaking attorney, he meets a significant need in the community. Chris holds a BA from Xavier University, a Juris Doctorate from Loyola College of Law, and a Master of Health Administration from LSU. He serves on the Medical Legal Interprofessional Committee and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and State Bar of Texas.

Licensed in Louisiana, Texas, and Florida, Chris is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, all Texas state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, all Florida state courts, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in California, Indiana, and Florida.

Outside of his legal practice, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, volunteering at community outreach events, adventure travel, and exploring all that New Orleans has to offer.
