Chris Minias

Chris Minias is the founder of The Minias Law Firm and a native of New Orleans. Chris’s practice focuses on vast areas of litigation of personal injury, social security disability, worker’s compensation, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, and business optimization. His significant experience has equipped him to diligently handle cases involving injured victims of collisions, slip and falls, breaches of contract, medical negligence, discrimination, and disability claims.

Chris was born and raised in New Orleans and his passion to serve this city has never ceased. The people of New Orleans and the surrounding cities have always been dear to him and he considers his clients as family. Chris also serves as a personal business advisor to many of his clients. Chris is an official New Orleans Arabic speaking attorney and it has served a great need to the greater New Orleans area. He obtained his BA from Xavier University and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola, College of Law. He later obtained his Master of Health Administration from LSU. Currently, he serves on the Medical Legal Interprofessional Committee. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, The American Bar Association and The State Bar of Texas.

Chris is licensed to practice law in the states of Louisiana and Texas. He is admitted to practice law in all courts of the State of Louisiana, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, all courts of the State of Texas, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Chris has also been admitted to practice pro hac vice in the United States District Courts of California, Indiana and Florida.

In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, volunteering at various outreach events in the community, adventure travel, and enjoying all that New Orleans has to offer.
